Service Description

This is a VIRTUAL Zoom appointment. One (1) state return and up to 2 K-1s included. Must provide profit and loss statement or itemized list of business income and expenses. This session is to discuss the process and necessary documentation required to prepare the Partnership tax return. Return is prepared remotely through our client portal. Price listed is for the full preparation service. Other fees may apply for preparation of profit and loss statement, additional Schedule K-1, additional state(s) and/or add-on schedule(s). 50% deposit due at appointment, remaining balance due at completion of return preparation.
