Service Description

This is a VIRTUAL Zoom appointment. One (1) state return. Must provide profit and loss statement and Balance Sheet. New clients must provided prior year Tax-Exempt Organization tax return (Form 990/990-N). This session is to discuss the process and necessary documentation required to prepare the Corporation tax return. Return is prepared remotely through our client portal. Price listed is for the full preparation service. Other fees may apply for preparation of profit and loss statement, balance sheet, additional state(s) and/or add-on schedule(s). 50% deposit due at appointment, remaining balance due at completion of return preparation.
